1. All businesses looking to migrate to Azure or begin their cloud-first approach through Microsoft Azure's platform as a new Azure customer; or
2. Customers looking to develop and implement cloud-based solutions who are not and have never registered to Azure previously, and
3. The availment of any services BCS offers including cloud migration, adoption, Cloud App development, Azure SAS Offerings, DevOps, Cloud Administration etc. or solutions, including those advertised in the Azure marketplace that will be launched on Azure (PoC’s).
