Our Program
BCS Technology's 2-year program begins with intensive exposure across various facets of the business, where graduates are provided with a mentor from the senior leadership team. This is intended for the graduates to understand and live by BCS' purpose, values, and culture while going through immersive learning experiences. Their mentors will not only be their guide in navigating around the company but also help them uncover career paths, provide guidance, and open opportunities to help them reach their goals as successful professionals.
After a year of gaining holistic view of the business and building interrelationships between different functions across the company, graduates are then provided the unique opportunity to build strong foundations in their chosen trakc. By taking on targeted roles and working on actual business challenges where they are expected to deliver strong business results, we can help graduates reach their potential and develop them into future leaders in various aspects of the business.

Formal learning
Some things are best learned when taught by others, which is why we dedicate a portion of your development to formal training. You'll get technical training relevant to your role. You'll also get access to workshops focused on developing your soft skills, like effective communication and presentation skills.
